Great location and very clean, but Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

Inviting garden space, easy access to the beach area, charming period features of the building
Rooms could benefit from more modern decor!!! Noise from shared facilities and the need for clearer signage in areas made navigating the building quite frustrating!!!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We loved visiting beautiful beaches and the stunning gardens nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a fun getaway!
Our room faced a fish pond with a noisy water feature, which made it tough to sleep well.

The Deluxe Double Room features a balcony with sweeping sea views, adding a nice touch for relaxation. The charming garden outside offers a pleasant environment, perfect for unwinding outside the hustle.
Spent some time in a room with shared balcony access, which felt a bit odd when expecting complete privacy. The heating system was inconsistent, toggling on and off, making the room feel a touch damp. the garden pond's large carp created a bit of an unsettling ambiance in an otherwise lovely garden. Parking can be a hassle, especially during busy events. I had to park quite a bit away from the hotel. The chairs in the common areas are worn out, making it less comfortable to sit back and chill after a day out.

I absolutely loved my stay at Poltair. The room had a stunning view over the bay with a lovely little balcony to enjoy it from. The bed was really comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Falmouth. The mini-fridge was a great feature, stocked with fresh milk, and having tea-making facilities was a nice touch. Breakfast options were varied, and I enjoyed the full English. The staff greeted me warmly and were very attentive throughout my stay. the stairs were a bit challenging for my mum, and the shared bathroom setup could be inconvenient for some. I noticed a bit of dust in corners and the shower could use some updating. On-street parking was available, but it took a bit of time to find a spot during busy hours.

Great value and a fab shower!
We had a really nice 2-night stay in a suite on the top floor. The shower was pure bliss, and the view was amazing! Breakfast was decent, but I wish the fruit was colder. The room was clean but felt a bit old-fashioned with the decor. Loved the little fridge with extras like hot chocolate!
